This FunCakes food flavoring has a delicious fruit taste and is ideal for your buttercream, Bavarian cream, ice cream, and other fillings. The FunCakes flavors can be added to the batter, making them perfect for baking. They are ideal for flavoring your cookie or cupcake batter. Add the recommended dosage to your mixture. At high temperatures (above 200 °C), an additional amount of food flavoring may be required, as this can affect the intensity of the flavor. These flavors can also be added to chocolate ganache.
Ingredients: Sugar, Mango (30%), Glucose syrup, Acid regulator: E330, Flavoring, Thickener: E440a, Colorant: E160a, E100. May contain traces of egg, milk, and nuts.
Recommended dosage: 30 g per 500 g preparation.
