Give your buttercream, bavarois, ice cream, and other fillings a delicious fruity flavor with this FunCakes food flavoring. The FunCakes flavors can be added to the batter, making them ideal for baking. They are perfect for flavoring cookie or cupcake batter. Add the recommended amount to your mixture. At high temperatures (over 200 °C), an additional amount of food flavoring should be added, as this can affect the intensity of the flavor. Flavors can also be added to chocolate ganache.
Ingredients: Glucose syrup, orange juice (40%), sugar, alcohol (2%), acidity regulator: E330, essential orange oil, thickener: E440, colorants: E120, E100. May contain traces of egg, milk, and nuts. Contains alcohol.
Recommended dosage: 30 g for 500 g of preparation.
