This FunCakes food flavoring has a delicious fruit taste and is excellent for buttercream, Bavarian cream, ice cream, and other fillings. The FunCakes flavors can be incorporated into the batter, making them perfect for baking. They are ideal for flavoring cookie dough or cupcakes. Add the recommended amount of flavoring to your batter and consider adding extra flavoring if the baking temperature exceeds 200 °C, as this can reduce the intensity of the flavor. These flavors can also be added to chocolate ganache.
Ingredients: Sugar, Raspberry (30%), Glucose syrup, Acid regulator: E330, Thickener: E440a, Flavoring, Colorant: E163a, E100. May contain traces of egg, milk, and nuts.
Recommended dosage: 30g for 500g of preparation.
