This FunCakes food flavoring is ideal for deliciously flavoring buttercream, Bavarian cream, ice cream, and other fillings. FunCakes flavors can also be added to the batter, making them perfect for baking. They are suitable for flavoring cookie or cupcake batter. Add the recommended amount to your mixture and consider adding an extra amount of food flavoring at high temperatures (over 200 °C), as this can affect the intensity of the flavor. These flavors can also be added to chocolate ganache.
Ingredients: Sugar, water, glucose syrup, vanilla pod (1%), flavoring, thickening agents (E440a, E407), coloring (E160a, E100), antioxidant (E300). May contain traces of egg, milk, and nuts.
Recommended dosage: 30 g per 500 g preparation.
