This FunCakes food flavoring is ideal for adding delicious flavor to buttercream, bavarois, ice cream, and other fillings. FunCakes flavors can be added to the dough, making them perfect for baking. They are suitable for flavoring dough for cookies or cupcakes. Add the recommended amount to your mix, and consider adding an additional amount of food flavoring if baking at high temperatures (above 200°C), as this may affect the sharpness of the flavoring. These flavors can also be added to chocolate ganache.

Ingredients: Sugar, water, glucose syrup, vanilla bean (1%), flavor, thickeners (E440a, E407), color (E160a, E100), antioxidant (E300). May contain traces of egg, milk, and nuts.

Recommended dosage: 30 g per 500 g of preparation.
