This aroma from FunCakes has a delicious blueberry flavor and is perfect for flavoring buttercreams, bavarois, ice cream, and various fillings. FunCakes flavors can be added to the batter, making them suitable for baking. They give your cookies or cakes a delightful taste. Add the recommended dosage indicated on the packaging to your baking mixes. Feel free to add extra flavors to your mixes, as high temperatures (over 200 °C) can slightly reduce the flavor. These flavors can also be used for preparing chocolate ganache.
Ingredients: Sugar, blueberry juice and puree (30%), glucose syrup, hibiscus and carrot extract, acidity regulator: E330, thickening agent: E440a, flavoring. May contain traces of egg, milk, and nuts.
Recommended dosage: 30 g per 500 g.
