Give your buttercream, bavarois, ice cream, and other fillings a delicious fruity flavor with this FunCakes food flavoring. The FunCakes flavors can be incorporated into the batter, making them perfect for baking. They are ideal for flavoring cookie dough or cupcakes. Add the recommended amount of flavoring to your mixture. If the baking temperature is high (above 200 °C), add extra food flavoring, as this can reduce the intensity of the flavor. These flavors can also be incorporated into chocolate ganache.
Ingredients: Sugar, Strawberry (27%), Glucose syrup, Acid regulator: E330, Flavoring, Thickening agent: E440a, Coloring: E120, E100. May contain traces of egg, milk, and nuts.
Recommended dosage: 30 g for 500 g of preparation.
