Free delivery in Switzerland

For orders over CHF 50.–, all products and orders are generally delivered free of charge to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. All orders from our warehouse are handled by Swiss Post and the transport company Planzer. If your product is from a third-party supplier or one of our merchant partners, it might be sent with another delivery company.

For orders under CHF 50.– we charge shipping costs of CHF 4.90.
Why do we charge these costs?
Because the logistical expenses for small orders are comparatively high. By offsetting the shipping costs for small orders, our customers continue to benefit from lower prices for inexpensive products.

Here’s an example: if a customer’s ordered a ballpoint pen for 50 centime, the shipping costs and other expenses would exceed our margin many times over. Without adding shipping costs, we’d have to put up the price of the pen.

Order by 9 p.m. today, receive your delivery tomorrow

If you order by 9 p.m. on a weekday, we’ll dispatch your order that day as long as the items are in stock in our main warehouse. Your order will normally arrive the next working day (including Saturday, if you’ve allowed Saturday delivery in your account). Each product page features real-time information on availability.

Free Saturday delivery

All orders made by 9 p.m. on Friday are delivered on Saturday as long as the desired product is in stock at our logistics centre. Each product page features real-time information on availability. The Saturday delivery service is available in all private customer accounts. It’s deactivated by default in all business customer accounts. For each order, you have the option of activating or deactivating free Saturday delivery in your customer account or at checkout. General cargo deliveries (larger than parcel post) are excluded from this service.

Flash delivery (same-day delivery)

Order a product and get it delivered that very same evening! If an order is placed before 11 a.m., our shipping partner Notime can deliver it between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. that evening. Please note that NoTime doesn’t serve all regions. You’ll find everything you need to know about flash delivery as well as availability information for your region here.

Flash delivery is only available if all the items in an order are in stock in our central warehouse in Wohlen and weigh less than 35 kilogrammes. There’s also a limit on the number of flash deliveries carried out daily. This figure is adjusted in line with NoTime’s available capacity.

Flash delivery isn’t available between 11 a.m. and 9 p.m. The exception to this is Sunday, when it’s available throughout the day. If you order during this time frame, you’ll generally receive your order as quickly as you would with regular Swiss Post shipping.

Pallets and bulky items over 30 kg

A haulage company delivers heavy items on pallets. They’ll call you beforehand to arrange a suitable delivery time. If they can’t get hold of you, you’ll get an e-mail asking you to contact them. For hard-to-access addresses, our delivery company takes palettes to the nearest location (e.g. lower station of mountain railway). Then a specialist company takes over from them to deliver to your home address. 
Please note that Swiss Post only deliver to the kerbside. Additional services, such as delivery to a certain floor, cost extra (see below). Any exceptions to this will be listed on the product page.

Delivery to place of use

Our free delivery option normally means delivering to the kerbside. For a fee of CHF 59.–, we deliver pallets or small consignments exceeding 30 kg to their place of use*. This means that a haulage company delivers the product to the desired place of use, e.g. your living room or cellar. The service includes delivery to the place of use only. It does not include product assembly or taking back old products or packaging.

This service can be selected in the payment section when ordering your product.
The haulage company arranges all delivery appointments. 

* This service is only available for products shipped from our own warehouse. Products shipped from supplier warehouses are excluded.

Additional services installation/fitting 

Need help installing your new fridge, mounting the TV to the wall, prepping your skis or getting rid of your old device? Our service partner network means we now provide various services like this throughout Switzerland. These additional services are provided by various service partners. The cost varies according to each service partner and the type of services. To find out if partner services are available for a certain product, check the product details section on our website. They’ll be listed under «partner services». They can be added in the payment section while you’re placing your order. If they’re available, you can add them at the checkout.

Having parcels deposited at your front door

Should you not be at home at the time of delivery, Swiss Post may deposit the parcel in front of your door. If you don’t want this to happen, you can contact Swiss Post by phone or e-mail in advance (Phone: 0848 888 888, e-mail: The corresponding changes are then stored in the Swiss Post system.

International delivery

Our delivery service is only available in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Transport damage

Please inspect the parcel carefully upon receipt and promptly report any damage.


Orders can be collected from various locations throughout Switzerland. For security reasons, we’ll ask you to provide proof of identity when collecting items that have already been paid for. Please note that products exceeding 35 kg are not available for collection.
