This FunCakes food flavor has a delicious fruit flavor, ideal for your buttercream, bavarois, ice cream, and other fillings. FunCakes flavors can be added to the dough, making them perfect for baking. They are great for flavoring cookie dough or cupcakes, for example. Add the recommended amount of flavoring to your batter. If the baking temperature is high (above 200 °C), consider adding additional food flavoring, as this may reduce the strength of the flavoring. These food flavorings can also be added to chocolate ganache.

Ingredients: Sugar, passion fruit (30%), glucose syrup, acidity regulator: E330, flavor (celery), thickener: E440a, colorant: E160a, E100, antioxidant: E300. See ingredients in bold for allergens. May contain traces of egg, milk, and nuts.

Recommended dosage: 30g per 500g of preparation.
