This FunCakes food flavoring has a delicious fruit taste and is ideal for your buttercream, bavarois, ice cream, and other fillings. FunCakes flavors can be added to the batter, making them perfect for baking. They are excellent for flavoring cookie dough or cupcakes. Add the recommended amount of flavoring to your batter. If the baking temperature is high (over 200 °C), you may want to consider adding extra food flavoring, as this can reduce the intensity of the flavor. These food flavorings can also be added to chocolate ganache.
Ingredients: Sugar, passion fruit (30%), glucose syrup, acidity regulator: E330, flavor (celery), thickener: E440a, colorings: E160a, E100, antioxidant: E300. See bolded ingredients for allergens. May contain traces of egg, milk, and nuts.
Recommended dosage: 30 g per 500 g preparation.
