This FunCakes food flavoring is ideal for deliciously flavoring buttercream, bavarois, ice cream, and other fillings. FunCakes flavors can be incorporated into the batter, making them perfect for baking. They are excellent for flavoring cookie or cupcake batter. Add the recommended amount to your mixture. At high baking temperatures (over 200 °C), you may want to consider adding an extra amount of food flavoring, as this can affect the intensity of the flavor. These flavors can also be added to chocolate ganache.
Ingredients: Glucose syrup, sugar, water, milk, coloring: E150a, cinnamon extract, cocoa powder, corn starch, flavoring, emulsifier: E407. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of egg and nuts.
Recommended dosage: 30 g per 500 g preparation.
