FunCakes Flavoring paste banana 120 g

Give buttercream, bavarois, ice cream, and other fillings a delicious and original flavor by using this FunCakes food flavoring. FunCakes flavors can be added to the dough and are therefore ideal for baking. They are perfect for flavoring cookie dough or cupcakes, for example. Add the recommended dosage to your mix. Add an additional amount of food flavoring when baking at high temperatures (above 200 °C), as this may affect the sharpness of the flavor. These flavors can also be added to chocolate ganache.

Ingredients: Sugar, banana (30%), glucose syrup, water, flavor, thickener: E440a, antioxidant: E300, color: E100, E160a. May contain traces of egg, milk, and nuts.

Recommended dosage: 30 g per 500 g of preparation.
