The FunCakes flavors can be added to the batter, making them ideal for baking. They are perfect for flavoring cookie dough or cupcakes. Add the recommended dosage to your mixture. When temperatures exceed 200 °C, an additional amount of food flavoring should be added, as this can affect the intensity of the flavor. These flavors can also be added to chocolate ganache.
Ingredients: Sugar, Banana (30%), Glucose syrup, Water, Flavoring, Thickener: E440a, Antioxidant: E300, Colorants: E100, E160a. May contain traces of egg, milk, and nuts.
Recommended dosage: 30 g per 500 g preparation.
