This FunCakes food flavoring has a delicious fruit taste. It is ideal for your buttercream, Bavarian cream, ice cream, and other fillings. FunCakes flavors can be added to the batter, making them perfect for baking. They are great for flavoring sponge cake batter or muffins, for example. Add the recommended amount of flavoring to your mixture. Add extra food flavoring if the baking temperature is high, as this can reduce the strength of the flavor. These flavors can also be added to chocolate ganache.
Ingredients: Sugar, pineapple juice with pulp (25%), glucose syrup, acidity regulator: E330, thickening agent: E440, flavoring, coloring: E160, antioxidant: E300. May contain traces of: egg, milk, and nuts.
Recommended dosage: 30 g for 500 g of the preparation. Capacity: 120 g.
