This FunCakes food flavoring has a delicious fruit taste. It is ideal for your buttercream, bavarois, ice cream, and other fillings. FunCakes flavors can be added to the batter and are excellent for baking. They are perfect for flavoring dough for cookies or cupcakes. Add the recommended amount to your mixture. At high baking temperatures (over 200 °C), an additional amount of food flavoring should be added, as this can affect the flavor. Food flavorings can also be added to chocolate ganache.
Ingredients: Sugar, Cherry (30%), Glucose syrup, Acid regulator: E330, Flavoring, Thickening agent: E440a. May contain traces of egg, milk, and nuts.
Recommended dosage: 30 g per 500 g preparation.
