This FunCakes food flavoring is ideal for deliciously flavoring your buttercream, Bavarian cream, ice cream, and other fillings. FunCakes flavors can also be added to the batter, making them perfect for baking. They are excellent for flavoring cookie dough or cupcakes. Add the recommended dosage to your mixture and consider adding an extra amount of food flavoring at high temperatures (over 200 °C), as this can affect the taste. These flavors can also be used in chocolate ganache.
Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, water, colorant: 150a, freeze-dried coffee, flavoring, emulsifier: E440b, E407b, acidity regulator: E330. May contain traces of egg, milk, and nuts.
Recommended dosage: 30 g per 500 g preparation.
