Together with our service providers, we offer a wide range of services – from mounting TVs to assembling bicycles.

Booking process

  • Log in to your customer account, as the quote is based on your delivery address.
  • Add the product you’d like to your shopping cart. At the final stage, a window with the possible services will appear.
  • For details on the scope of the service click «Show details».
  • Once the service has been booked and the product has been dispatched, the service provider will contact you to arrange an appointment.

Information and reviews

Just like your purchased products, you can also rate the service provider. This is only possible after you have used their services.

We also offer certain services in our shops.

We sell services as well as physical products to help you get the most out of your order. For instance, when you buy a new laptop you might want us to transfer all the data over from your old one. You can also buy related products, such as a screen protector to go with your new mobile. 

Our advisors in store are always happy to help you find the best add-on services and related products.

These are the services we offer in store:

  • Bespoke screen protector service for your smartphone, tablet or smart watch
  • Set-up and data transfer for smartphones and tablets
  • Data transfer for notebooks (without set-up)
  • Set-up for notebooks (without data transfer)

Waiting times for these services can vary greatly. It depends a lot on the service and the store you go to – some are busier than others. Our staff in store will be able to give you the most accurate answer. 

If it takes us longer to work on your device, you can leave it with us and let us call you once it’s all done.

 

Do you own any electronic devices that have reached the end of their useful life?
We will ensure that your products are recycled in an environmentally friendly way.
