Copy Paste: ready for the summer with this striped two-piece

Two-piece sets consisting of shorts and a blouse are true summer favourites. They give you a relaxed yet put-together look on hot days. Influencer Zlata Petrenko shows how it’s done.
A matching set of shorts and a blouse is your ideal companion for the summer. Without putting much thought into it, you’ll have a well-matched outfit ready in no time. Not only will you look good, you’ll also feel great in the summer heat. Why? Because these two-piece outfits generally have a loose and airy fit and are typically made from breathable, natural fibres such as cotton or linen.
I’ve just added this striped ensemble by JJXX to my wish list. I saw influencer Zlata Petrenko wearing it. The pastel yellow, orange and pistachio green stripes and crepe seersucker fabric are giving me serious summer, sun and beach vibes. It's also extremely practical, as the special structure is very airy and doesn’t need ironing.

The adaptability is another plus of the blouse-shorts combo. Whether you’re strolling through the city, chilling by the water or going out for a drink – it’s easy to switch up. When you’re sauntering over to the kiosk at your local pool, for example, you can cover up by slipping into a blouse over your bikini. The look becomes particularly well matched if your bikini has the same colour as one of the stripes – like Zlata’s. If you’re eating out later that day, just button up the top and tuck it into your shorts. Or leave the blouse open and wear a white T-shirt or tank top underneath instead.
