Powerbank WITHOUT standby mode...

I am looking for a suitable power bank to power a sensor (Sensirion Minion) via a USB connection. Unfortunately, most powerbanks have an automatic standby mode. However, since the sensor has almost no consumption, it automatically switches off the power supply again after a short time. => Is there a powerbank/battery that does NOT go into standby mode and continuously feeds the sensor?

It's 2022, energy efficiency is a bigger issue than ever everywhere but still (with the exception of one very expensive portable split) only extremely inefficient single hose units are sold. Hello, a few years ago I built a good internal WLAN network at home with Ubiquiti UAP-LR3. Internally, I have some network holes in the cellar and in the hobby room, which I would like to close. Now I've also bought Eufy outdoor cameras and realised that I need a better Wi-Fi network in the garden. I would like to stay with Ubiquity, but I am overwhelmed by the variety of products. Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. Lousy service and never again Planzer.

Waiting for roof rack which Galaxus says will be delivered today. Order 11am on Wednesday. Planzer does not even report collection. After a call to Planzer I get the information that Galaxus simply says delivered tomorrow but does not take care of it. Galaxus support tells me there is nothing they can do. So I have to cancel my holiday tomorrow? Should I send my skis by post to the holiday destination? Or order them from Galaxus so that Planzer can deliver them by next year? Just lousy Galaxus! Ordered today, NOT delivered tomorrow!

Hello I use a whisk at home. One of those battery-operated skimmers for the milk. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a single sensible product. Or does anyone have any experience. The last place is currently occupied by the Zyliss device. The whisk at the front can't even be removed for cleaning. This cage can only be cleaned of milk sludge with great difficulty, even by hand. I would like a device that may cost a little but is easy to clean and possibly made of metal. Or do I have to buy one of these milk foam cups? That seems more tedious for two coffees a day...

Hello together Perhaps one of you can help me further I need a USB-C Power Delivery 3.0 trigger cable or module, which, when connected to a powerbank, delivers a defined 12V / 3A. The products are available, but mostly from Shenzhen with a corresponding delivery time USB Type C DC Power Trigger Cable I have found neither a trigger module nor a trigger cable with a supplier from Switzerland or the EU. Unfortunately, a workaround with a 12V/15V Microsoft Surface USB-C charging cable switches from 12V to 15V when the powerbank has a 15V output. Therefore, this way does not work. Does anyone know an example of a USB-C 12V charging cable for a device that is not explicitly labelled as 12V and therefore cannot be found as such? Many thanks for your help Greetings Marc

Format/printing position of the return labels

Hello Digitec/Galaxus It would be very helpful if the return labels were aligned on one corner of the paper and not printed somewhere on the sheet. That way you could simply fold the sheet once lengthwise and crosswise and have a label of the appropriate size. As it is now, you either have to cut out the label or fold it four times all the way around. A good example is the way Swiss Post's parcel labels, which you can create in MyPost, are aligned on the paper. Merci.

Unfortunately, I have noticed that many product details have been entered incorrectly. E.G. (just now) with PC fans: I corrected several air volume specifications until I got tired of it (e.g. Sharkoon, Be Quiet ...). Check with the manufacturer before you buy something. Galaxus does not attach much importance to correct information, it seems to me.

How do I report a case if the product has not been delivered in full?

Hello everyone. I have ordered a used soundbar. It was described as "tested" and the scope was "complete". However, when I unpacked it, I realised that several not entirely unimportant components were missing. They are missing: - Power cable - remote control - Optical cable However, I can only get the wrong product (e.g. wrong colour or size), wrong quantity or product not received from "Support". None of which is true. Does anyone know the best way to report this?

Unfair treatment no warning.

I have sent a computer mouse for repair or replacement. Sent it in. First they said nothing for a long time. Suddenly a credit note of 36.fr the mouse had abe 5 years bring in back warranty. I got 1/3 of the purchase price and no more mouse. A new mouse of the same type is now in stock and costs only 77fr. instead of 97fr. as I paid at the time. I am not satisfied with the logic behind this and Digitec's customer policy. This is how you lose long-term customers who have already spent over 10,000 tumaudende francs. I will simply never buy anything with warranty from digitec again or extend the warranty because it's no use?!??

Hi, Recently I tried to order the new 10G internet connection from Galaxus but I had a terrible experience. Some days after the order I get the email "The connection for your Galaxus Internet 10 Gbit/s Fiber is ready." but before this i have contacted online support because I clearly specified that I need a technician to check my apartment because I lack a fiber socket (we have fiber in the building but not in the apartment). After a couple discussions with online support they said they will send the techniciant again... and yet again someone maybe came to my building but I was never contacted and no one came to my apartment. Today I get another email "Your Galaxus Internet connection has been activated" and I simply could not take it anymore and canceled the whole contract. Clearly something really bad is happening with the technician skills/understanding of the issue. Feedback: Portal and order was great and straight forward. Online chat support guys were great. Technician (Swisscom) should pay me if they want me to work with them ever again, I assume the tech people are from Swisscom. @GalaxusFinalBoss you should look into this! Thanks!

Delivery times not respected

Hi, I've been ordering from Galaxus for a while now. 2 years ago, deliveries were made within 3 days maximum. For the last few months (end of 2024), disaster, even Temu has been delivering faster, the delivery times have gone from 10 days to 3 months, which is a bit excessive for a site that boasts about delivering quickly when you have to validate the order... Am I the only one with this kind of 'problem'? It's getting a bit annoying because you see the so-called 3-day delivery time and you order because you need it "urgently", but no, it's put off until 3 months later... One thing's for sure, I'm waiting for my last order to be delivered, and then I'll be finished with this site, which is increasingly disappointing... Hopefully someone from Galaxus will see this message as we can't contact them....

TV stand near wall

Hello I am looking for a solution to bring a screen approx. 42" as close as possible to a wall. Unfortunately, it is not a fixed back wall. So wall mounting is not an option. A table solution is also not an alternative, as the table is 14cm thick and only 50cm deep. I was thinking of a stand, perhaps even with castors. Can anyone give me a recommendation? I can move the table slightly backwards so that the stand has space between the workstation and the wall and I have a good view of the screen. The screen will also be used for presentations as there is a large conference table in the room. I hope you understand what I mean 🤣. Thank you very much for your feedback and help.

The sender is a German retailer from Karlsruhe. The delivery method is only stated as "Shipping", but not the type of delivery (DHL, Post, etc.). How can I find out? The last delivery was left by the post office right outside my front door, and that's exactly how it should be again, as I am disabled. Pool robots for shallow water

I am looking for a reliable cleaning robot for two large fountains lined with aluminium trays at my employer. These fountains have a shallow water depth (a little more than a hand's width). However, they are very time-consuming to clean manually as no cleaning agent can be used. I have already asked DreameTech and they do not recommend their robot for this situation. Does anyone have a recommendation?
