Copy Paste: if summer were an outfit

A summery fashion cocktail of trendy elements, comfy materials and cheerful colours awaits you in today’s look, inspired by Josefien Weyns.
Trips to the gelateria, afternoons by the lake, sunlight until late in the evening. Summer brings with it a lightness that even minimalism fans can enjoy, getting carried away with playful outfits. Influencer Josefien Weyns is currently providing plenty of inspiration for such looks. My favourite styling is a dopamine rush of pops and pastels.

The bright yellow mini skirt adds a fresh touch to the outfit without pushing itself into the foreground too much. Full attention is drawn to the crochet crop top with motley stripes. It adds a playful and creative accent that sets the tone of the outfit. Josefien completes her look with the casual charm of Birkenstock slippers, while the green bag and bright red sunglasses add an extra dose of personality.
Crocheted and coarse knitted garments have, after all, been particularly in vogue for a few summers, as I and my colleague Laura reported last year. The ongoing hype needs no introduction. The best thing about them? The coarse meshes allow a pleasant amount of air onto the skin.
