The carving set 2-E765/21 from the Güde Alpha series "Fasseiche" consists of the Güde ham knife E765/21 and the Güde meat fork E096/18 cm - together they make an unbeatable team for carving. The hand-forged blade and fork prongs made from chrome-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel are crafted from a single piece, are rust-free, ice-hardened, and hand-sharpened. The exceptional handle scales of this Güde set are made from oak wood sourced from over 80-year-old wine barrels, which have become nearly indestructible due to the long aging process. Güde knives with wooden handles should never be placed in the dishwasher.
