Its medium-point blade cleans, peels, and cuts fruits, vegetables, onions, and herbs, showcasing the versatility of this knife. The hand-forged blade is made from a single piece of chromium-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel, is rust-free, ice-hardened, and hand-sharpened. The exceptional handle of this Güde knife is crafted from oak wood sourced from over 80-year-old wine barrels, which has become nearly indestructible due to its long maturation.
