Laura's Likes: 7 cool print shirts to combat textile boredom
Are you one of those who banned all colourful prints as part of the "quiet luxury" trend? Or have you always been Team Print and simply fancy some new fabric? Either way, you've come to the right place.
These trends are always coming and going. Basically, the rule of thumb is: whatever you want to discard for zeitgeist reasons, it's better to store it - because it's guaranteed to come back into fashion.
The latest proof of this is provided by T-shirts with eye-catching or meaningful prints. Sure, they never disappeared from the scene 100 per cent. But they have moved slightly out of the limelight. In the meantime, there were very grown-up, plain-coloured basics that did justice to the quiet-luxury aesthetic.sthetics, animal prints from leopard to snake to cow and sporty rugby-shirts.
However, as the endless trend cycle would have it, the good old printed T-shirts are now back on the rise. Their official comeback tour took them to Fashion Weeks in Milan, Paris and Tokyo, among other places - a fashionable accolade, if you will.
