Fusion 1-Day is an innovative contact lens developed with Fusion technology. It offers longer tear film stability, high wearing comfort, and is particularly thin. The image quality is enhanced by correcting spherical aberration. With a water content of 60 percent and a slight blue tint, this lens is specifically designed for people with sensitive eyes.
The contact lens is distinguished not only by its innovative Fusion technology but also by its low thickness and excellent wearing comfort. A special patented process is used in its manufacturing, which crosslinks tamarind seed polysaccharide (TSP) and the natural tear substitute hyaluron in the lens material. This ensures a continuous tear film and prevents mechanical friction between the lens and eyelid, even after many hours of wear.
The lens has a central thickness of just 0.05 millimeters at -3.00 diopters, making it very thin and contributing to high wearing comfort. Additionally, the imaging properties are optimized to provide a better visual experience. Spherical aberration, also known as aperture error, is corrected during the manufacturing process, improving the imaging characteristics of the daily contact lens.
