Fusion 1-Day

Fusion 1-Day is an innovative contact lens developed with Fusion technology. It offers longer tear film stability, high wearing comfort, and is particularly thin. The correction of spherical aberration enhances the image quality. With a water content of 60 percent and a slight blue tint, Fusion 1-Day has been specifically designed for people with sensitive eyes.

The contact lens is characterized by its low thickness and excellent wearing comfort. A special patented process, known as Fusion technology, is used in its manufacturing. This process involves cross-linking tamarind seed polysaccharide and the natural tear substitute hyaluron in the lens material. As a result, the contact lens ensures a continuous tear film that prevents mechanical friction between the lens and eyelid even after many hours of wear. This effectively prevents dryness and fatigue in the eyes.

Thanks to modern manufacturing technologies, the contact lens has a center thickness of only 0.05 millimeters at -3.00 diopters, leading to very high wearing comfort. The imaging properties are optimized to ensure a better visual experience. Physically, lenses exhibit spherical aberration, which affects the representation of objects outside the maximum sharpness range. However, in the case of Fusion 1-Day, this sharpness error is corrected during the manufacturing process, significantly improving the imaging properties of the daily contact lens and the user's visual experience.
