Fusion 1-Day

Fusion 1-Day is an innovative contact lens developed with Fusion technology. It offers longer tear film stability, high wearing comfort, and is particularly thin. The water content is 60 percent, and the lens has a slight blue tint.

The Fusion 1-Day contact lens has been specifically designed for people with sensitive eyes. It is characterized by its innovative Fusion technology, low thickness, and excellent wearing comfort.

In the production of the Fusion 1-Day contact lens by Conil, a special patented process known as Fusion technology is used. This process involves cross-linking tamarind seed polysaccharide (TSP) and the natural tear substitute hyaluron in the lens material. This ensures a continuous tear film and prevents mechanical friction between the lens and eyelid, even after many hours of wear. This effectively prevents dryness and fatigue of the eyes.

Thanks to modern manufacturing technologies, the contact lens has a center thickness of only 0.05 millimeters at -3.00 diopters, resulting in very high wearing comfort.

The Fusion 1-Day contact lens also improves imaging properties for a better visual experience. Physically, lenses exhibit a phenomenon known as spherical aberration, which can affect the representation of objects that are not within the range of maximum sharpness. However, this sharpness error is corrected during the manufacturing process of the Fusion 1-Day contact lens, significantly enhancing the imaging properties and thus the visual experience for the user.
