Revell Aqua colour

The popular Aqua Color paints are now available in all 88 shades. Model builders no longer have to make any compromises and can use this acrylic colour system for all their colour requirements. The advantages of this colour system: Revell Aqua Color paints in completely new 18 ml containers are ideal for use. The paints can be diluted with water, have a mild odour, are non-flammable and contain practically no organic solvents. There are 88 different colours that can be mixed with each other. The paint is completely dry after 2 to 3 hours. Painting over a colour is possible after just one hour, which means that it is 6 times faster than with enamel colour paints. The new colours and the existing Enamel-Color colours (14 ml) can be painted on top of each other without any problems after the drying time, but cannot be mixed with each other. The colour is also suitable for airbrushing. Please note the following: The paint must not be diluted too much, a maximum of 20 to 25% with water. It is best to dilute the paint with Aqua Color Mix, as this acts as a drying retarder and prevents the paint from drying too quickly in the spray gun. The spray gun should be cleaned with water immediately after use. If the paint has already dried, the spray gun can also be cleaned with Airbrush Clean or Aqua Colour Clean. For application with a brush: The colours are brushable and are characterised by high opacity. Smooth surfaces after brushing are almost as good as with airbrushing. The end result is absolutely comparable with the enamel colours and offers exceptional results when brushing.
