Revell Aqua Color

The popular Aqua Color colours are now available in all 88 shades. Here the model maker no longer has to make any compromises and can fall back on this acrylic colour system for all his colour wishes. The advantages of this colour system: Revell Aqua Color colours in completely new 18 ml containers are ideal for processing: Colours can be diluted with water. Colours are mildly smelling. Colours are not flammable. Paint contains practically no organic solvents. 88 different colours. Colours are intermixable. After 2 to 3 hours the paint is completely dry. It is possible to paint over a paint after only one hour, i.e. 6 times faster than with the Enamel Color paints. The new colours and the existing Enamel-Color-colours (14ml) can be painted on top of each other without any problems after the drying time has been observed, but they cannot be mixed with each other

The paint is also suitable for airbrushing. Please note the following: The paint must not be diluted too much. Do not dilute more than 20 to 25% with water. It is best to dilute the paint with Aqua Color Mix. Among other things, this serves as a drying retarder and prevents the paint from drying too quickly in the spray gun. Clean the spray gun with water immediately after use. If the paint has already dried, the spray gun can also be cleaned with Airbrush Clean or Aqua Color Clean. For application with a brush: The paints are spreadable and are characterised by high covering power. Smooth surfaces after brushing - almost as good as when airbrushing. Final result absolutely comparable to the Enamel Color paints. Exceptional results when brushing.
