The grill grid as well as the inner tray, in which the fat from the food to be grilled can collect, are made of solid stainless steel and are dishwasher-safe. The built-in fan is powered by four batteries or a USB power source and is continuously regulated by an LED illuminated switch. The closed, perforated stainless steel charcoal container is positioned in the middle of the grill and requires only about 20% charcoal compared to a conventional grill.
