The sealed, perforated stainless steel charcoal container is positioned centrally inside the grill and requires only about 20% of the charcoal compared to a conventional grill. This is ignited using commercially available fire starter paste. The burning time varies depending on the type of charcoal and fan setting, ranging from approximately 40 to 60 minutes.
