Start immediately after insertion; no more center punching is necessary. The iron oxide alloy effectively protects against overheating.

The extreme 2" center point enables pinpoint drilling without running off, and the specially ground shoulder cutting edges mill exact, circular holes with clean edges (from Ø 4.8 mm). Abrasion-proof size markings, placed outside the clamping area, ensure permanently good legibility (from Ø 5.0 mm).

This product is ideal for freehand drilling in thin-walled materials. It features a constantly increasing core diameter for maximum breakage stability (from Ø 4.8 mm) and an anti-slip shank that prevents spinning in the chuck (from Ø 5.0 mm).

Application examples include use in alloyed and unalloyed steels up to 900 N/mm² tensile strength, drilling sheet metal, thin-walled profiled materials, and tubes without pre-graining, where precise and clean holes are required. It is also very suitable for drilling wood and plastics.
