Extreme Dewalt 2 is the specialist for hands-free drilling in thin-walled materials. The non-slip shank features three milled clamping surfaces that prevent the drill from slipping in the chuck (from Ø 5.0 mm). The 2-inch center point allows for precise spot drilling without drifting, while specially ground shoulder cutting edges mill exact, circular holes with clean edges (from Ø 4.8 mm).

The iron oxide alloy effectively protects against overheating. With up to 50% increased break stability, the continuously increasing core diameter towards the shank ensures the highest break stability during hands-free applications (from Ø 4.8 mm).

You can start immediately after positioning, without the need for a center punch. The drill creates circular holes with clean, nearly burr-free edges. Abrasion-resistant size markings are placed outside the clamping area to ensure long-lasting readability (from Ø 5.0 mm).

Application examples include drilling sheet metal and thin-walled profile materials (as well as pipes without pre-processing), where precise and clean holes are required. It is also very suitable for drilling wood and plastics and can be used in alloyed and unalloyed steels with a tensile strength of up to 900 N/mm².
