Disque à lamelles n°2 coupe légumes et fruits en tranches régulières. Disque à râper gros n°3 râpe légumes, fruits, fromage, chocolat, noix/noisettes en juliennes plus gros, parfait pour les Rösti Suisses. Disque à râper fin n°4 râpe légumes, fruits, fromage dur, chocolat, noix/noisettes finement, parfait pour faire de la chapelure.
