Four rasping discs made of high-quality stainless steel and long-lasting sharp blades offer many application possibilities: Grating disc universal no. 1 grates fruit, nuts, and cereals, e.g., for muesli. Slicing disc no. 2 cuts vegetables and fruit into even slices. Grating disc coarse no. 3 grates vegetables, fruit, cheese, chocolate, and nuts into coarse strips, ideal for Swiss Rösti. Grating disc fine no. 4 grates vegetables, fruit, hard cheese, chocolate, and nuts into fine strips, as well as bread for breadcrumbs.

Central locking for easy handling. Great safety due to integrated automatic switch-off. Large feed chute with tamper. Rotating wiper for optimal ejection of the shredded material. Two-pole 230V mains cable. All parts except the motor block are dishwasher safe.
