Four rasping discs made of high-quality stainless steel and long-lasting sharp blades offer many application possibilities: Grating disc universal no. 1 grates fruit, nuts, and cereals for muesli. Slicing disc no. 2 cuts vegetables and fruit into even slices. Grating disc coarse no. 3 grates vegetables, fruit, cheese, chocolate, and nuts into coarse strips, ideal for Swiss Rösti. Grating disc fine no. 4 grates vegetables, fruit, hard cheese, chocolate, and nuts into fine strips, as well as bread for breadcrumbs.

Features central locking for easy handling and great safety due to an integrated automatic switch-off. Includes a large feed chute with tamper and a rotating wiper for optimal ejection of the shredded material. Equipped with a 2-pole 230V mains cable. All parts except the motor block are dishwasher safe.
