Powerful, durable drive motor with 2 speeds - 150 and 300 RPM. Guarantees high, consistent performance with minimal power consumption and withstands intensive use.
Four grating discs made of high-quality stainless steel with long-lasting, sharp blades offer a variety of applications: Universal grating disc No. 1 grates fruits, nuts, and grains for muesli. Cutting disc No. 2 slices vegetables and fruits into even pieces. Coarse grating disc No. 3 grates vegetables, fruits, cheese, chocolate, and nuts into coarse strips, ideal for Swiss rösti. Fine grating disc No. 4 grates vegetables, fruits, hard cheese, chocolate, and nuts into fine strips as well as bread for breadcrumbs.
Features a central locking mechanism for easy handling and high safety thanks to the integrated automatic shut-off. Includes a large feed chute with a pusher and a rotating scraper for optimal expulsion of the shredded material. Equipped with a 2-pole 230V power cable. All parts except the motor block are dishwasher safe.
