Four grating discs made of high-quality stainless steel with long-lasting, sharp blades offer numerous applications: Universal grating disc No. 1 grates fruits, nuts, and grains for muesli. Cutting disc No. 2 slices vegetables and fruits into even pieces. Coarse grating disc No. 3 grates vegetables, fruits, cheese, chocolate, and nuts into coarse strips, ideal for Swiss rösti. Fine grating disc No. 4 grates vegetables, fruits, hard cheese, chocolate, and nuts into fine strips, as well as bread for breadcrumbs.
