Four grating discs made of high-quality stainless steel with durable, sharp blades offer numerous application possibilities: Universal grating disc no. 1 grates fruit, nuts and cereals for muesli. Cutting disc no. 2 cuts vegetables and fruit into even slices. Coarse grating disc no. 3 grates vegetables, fruit, cheese, chocolate and nuts into coarse strips, ideal for Swiss rösti. Grating disc fine No. 4 grates vegetables, fruit, hard cheese, chocolate and nuts into fine strips, as well as bread for breadcrumbs.

Has a central locking mechanism for easy handling and a high level of safety thanks to the integrated automatic switch-off. Includes a large feed chute with tamper and a rotating wiper for optimum ejection of the shredded material. Equipped with a 2-pole 230V mains cable. All parts except the motor block are dishwasher-safe.
