The wood finish is spruce, and as a natural product, it features intentional cracks and knots. The old wood look resembles wood that has been stored for 100 years. It has a modern skid base with a white matte lacquer finish.

The thermo spruce undergoes a specially developed process where the wood is steamed with high heat and dried simultaneously, completely without chemical additives, making it 100% organic and much harder.

Matching support slats for roll-up grids can be ordered separately. The bed features four adjustable bedding depths (18 / 16 / 13.5 / 11 cm).
