The wood finish is spruce, and as a natural product, it features intentional cracks and knots. The modern skid base has a matte black lacquer finish, and the rustic structured surface gives it an old wood look, resembling wood that has been stored for 100 years. The feet are black, and the cover color is also black. The wood is limed, sanded black, and lacquered with clear varnish, providing a unique vintage appearance.

Each bed is unique in design and made from sustainably sourced wood from nearby sawmills in Bavaria. The bed size starts at 140x200 cm and includes a center bar. The thermo spruce undergoes a special process of steaming and drying without chemical additives, making it 100% organic and significantly harder.

Matching support slats for roll-up grids can be ordered separately. We use solvent-free, water-based varnishes.
