The wood finish is spruce, offering a floating look with a rustic structured surface. As a natural product, the wood may have intentional cracks and knots, contributing to its old wood appearance, resembling wood that has been stored for 100 years. The cover color is anthracite, and the unusual surface treatment gives the wood a vintage look with a slightly rustic texture. The wood is limed, sanded black, and lacquered with clear varnish, ensuring each bed is unique.

The bed is available in size 140x200 cm with a middle bar. The thermo spruce undergoes a specially developed process where the wood is steamed with high heat and dried simultaneously, completely without chemical additives, making it 100% organic and significantly harder.

Abrasion resistance is impressive: imitation leather withstands over 100,000 abrasion cycles, while textured fabric endures 30,000 cycles. Matching support slats for roll-up grids can be ordered as accessories. The wood is sourced from sustainable cultivation, exclusively from nearby sawmills in Bavaria. We use solvent-free, water-based varnishes.

The distance between the bed frame and the foot of the sideboard is 35 cm. The upholstered headboard is covered in 100% polyester and is produced in-house, ensuring high quality and made in Germany.

Surface treatment includes brushed and lacquered finishes. The assembly is easy and quick, with clear instructions provided. The package includes one headboard and one solid wood bed, but does not include a slatted frame or mattress. The bed is delivered disassembled.
