I always cook live on YouTube and Facebook from 11am. Today it's potato salad with meatloaf.
Mayo or no mayo, that's the big question when it comes to potato salad. I opted for the version without mayo today. I didn't leave the potatoes in the boiling water long enough in the video, so they need a little longer than in the video. Otherwise it was delicious.
Shopping list
Potatoes, firm cooking
Onion
Spring onion
Vinegar
Bouillon
Oil
Oven baked meatloaf
Recipe
Prepare the meatloaf according to the pack instructions
Cook the potatoes in their skins in boiling water until al dente (knife test)
Peel the potatoes while still hot and cut into pieces
Mix 2 dl stock with 10 tbsp vinegar while still hot, add a pinch of sugar to taste
Fry the onions in oil until translucent and add to the potatoes with the stock, stir and leave to infuse
Cut the spring onions into small pieces, add to the potato salad and serve with the meat loaf and a little mustard
