I always cook live on YouTube and Facebook from 11am. Today it's potato salad with meatloaf.
Mayo or no mayo, that's the big question when it comes to potato salad. I opted for the version without mayo today. I didn't leave the potatoes in the boiling water long enough in the video, so they need a little longer than in the video. Otherwise it was delicious.
When I flew the family nest over 15 years ago, I suddenly had to cook for myself. But it wasn’t long until this necessity became a virtue.
