Fusion 1-Day is an innovative contact lens developed with a special Fusion technology. It offers longer tear film stability, high wearing comfort, and is particularly thin. Thanks to the correction of spherical aberration, image quality is enhanced. With a moisture content of 60 percent and a slight blue tint, this lens is specifically designed for people with sensitive eyes.
The Fusion 1-Day contact lens by Conil is made from Filcon IV material and utilizes a patented process known as Fusion technology. This process involves cross-linking tamarind seed polysaccharide (TSP) and the natural tear substitute hyaluron in the lens material. This ensures a continuous tear film and prevents mechanical friction between the lens and eyelid, even after many hours of wear. As a result, it effectively prevents dryness and fatigue of the eyes.
Thanks to modern manufacturing technologies, the contact lens has a center thickness of only 0.05 millimeters at -3.00 diopters, leading to very high wearing comfort. Additionally, the imaging properties are optimized to provide a better visual experience. Physically, lenses exhibit spherical aberration, which can affect the representation of objects outside the focus range. However, in the case of Fusion 1-Day, this sharpness error is corrected during the manufacturing process, improving the imaging properties and significantly enhancing the user's visual experience.
