The drone returns to the last recorded starting point. You can find more information here from page 13: https://dl.djicdn.com/downloads/phantom_4/de/DE_Phantom_4_User_Manual_v1.2_20160503.pdf

You have several options. The easiest option is to bring your drone to Digitec. Digitec will then send the drone to DJI and, if necessary, contact you for a cost estimate. I would advise against sending it directly to DJI. I did this once and it was a mistake.
Unfortunately, we do not offer the desired item individually.
So if you mean a real monitor, you can operate it via HDMI output on your DJI controller, but due to portability and lack of power (unless you have a mobile generator) this really makes little sense. An alternative would be an iPad that you could plug into the controller or you wait until DJI releases the new CrystalSky display. But it will probably cost around 800 francs.
There was indeed a mistake. We have changed this. Here is the link for the additional batteries: Dji Phantom 4 Pro Akku (15.20V, 5870mAh, LiPo, 4S)
Like its predecessor, the drone comes packed in a hard foam case that can still be used for simple transport. For travelling etc., however, a proper transport case would be necessary.
This one has the controller with the display The normal one still needs a mobile phone / tablet.
As far as I remember, my "simply create a user account and can start immediately". This does not mean an external, manual release. Rather, it means that the local release and registration takes place, which requires GPS reception and a user account to which the drone is to be registered. As far as GPS reception is concerned, I got myself into a tight spot indoors because my drone persistently believed it was in China when I switched it on for the first time. Therefore, my tip is to carry out this first initialisation in the open air, and to carry out this first switch-on procedure with the propellers removed. That way it should work quickly.
Not as far as I know. At least I don't know of any such offer, not even from DJI itself. The best thing is to check Ricardo or Ebay to see if there are any offers. Repair makes sense depending on the damage. Digitec sends the drone directly to DJI and you get a cost estimate. I had my Mavic Pro repaired this way after a frontal crash. It was very expensive, but still much cheaper than buying a new drone.
There are basically 2 differences: -Phantom V2.0 is 60 quieter (4db) -Phantom V2.0 uses OcuSync (better live image transmission and FPV possibility) For me not enough arguments to pay almost CHF 300.-- more... However, some people might enjoy the lower volume.
