The easiest way is to create a repair certificate on the DJI website (https://www.dji.com/service...) and then send in the drone. This takes time (2 to 3 weeks). However, you then have the guarantee that the bird will be professionally and expertly repaired and if there is still a warranty, it will not expire. I was amazed at the very fair repair prices. In Switzerland, there is the service from Drhnenspital.ch - it also takes a long time or longer, but if necessary, there is a replacement during the repair time.
