Question about DJI Phantom 4 Pro+

Can I know why the drone was returned? What about returning the product if it doesn't meet my expectations or is too damaged? This is usually only possible if the drone is in mint condition, which it was not when I bought it... Since the battery was probably already used, it is probably no longer at the original level, is this already included in the price reduction?
