What is the difference to this one, i.e. which phantom makes the best video recordings?

Answer

There are basically 2 differences: 
-Phantom V2.0 is 60 quieter (4db)
-Phantom V2.0 uses OcuSync (better live image transmission and FPV possibility)

For me not enough arguments to pay almost CHF 300.-- more... However, some people might enjoy the lower volume.
