Thule MultiLift 572
Hello, I've managed to mount it until the top of the box touches the central part of the device, which is just a few centimetres from the ceiling.
For example, at renovero.ch you can enter a trade order and then receive offers from tradesmen.
Concrete screws - 8s for the rollers, 6s for the bracket.
My ceiling height is 230 cm and I can lower the box to about 50 cm. If that is not enough, you can use a longer rope without any problems.
Hello Stefan No, the rope will hardly reach the ground, but it will reach the roof of the car. If you use a longer rope, it will certainly work. Greetings
Enclosed in the pack.
Hello, I also have a roof tent in this dimension. That is not a problem. But pay attention to the total weight. I have a little over 90 kg in total. That's where the Thule system reaches its limits with the result that the screws and plates of the rollers slowly but surely bend. In the meantime, I have replaced the suspension for the rollers with stronger anchors.
The width of the central cable winding axis, which is fixed, is 132 cm.
I used universal dowels (Fischer brand). They hold perfectly in the concrete ceiling.
Yes, the weight is no problem. You just have to have another centre pole made. I also need it for a Maggiolina roof tent 150cm.
10.5cm to the lower edge of the wheels. The lower edge of the wheels is not the deepest point. The ring for the crank is 17cm deep. The box can be lifted to the ceiling with a maximum distance of 9cm.
That works quite well. The wheels can be tilted sideways and adjust themselves. If you mount the wheels wider than the roof box, the roof box can be pulled between the wheels all the way up to the ceiling.
The rope length and crank should be sufficient for mounting directly on the roof. However, the length will not be sufficient for lowering the box to the garage floor.
