Wok Set

The wok set offers two variants: a 34 cm wok with a flat bottom, suitable for induction, gas, and electric stoves, and a 36 cm wok with a round bottom, ideal for gas stoves and grills. The round variant is hand-hammered, while the flat variant features a smooth surface. Both woks are made of carbon steel with a material thickness of 1.8 mm, ensuring precise heat distribution.

The set includes an ergonomic wooden handle and an additional helper handle for secure grip and easy handling. Also included are a matching wok spatula and a recipe book with instructions and recipes for Asian dishes.

The flat bottom of the 34 cm wok provides stability on cooking surfaces, while the round bottom of the 36 cm wok is specifically designed for gas stoves and grills with a wok ring. Both woks are deep enough for preparing large portions and versatile dishes.

Before the first use, both woks need to be seasoned to protect them from rust and achieve optimal non-stick properties.

Cleaning instructions:
Rinse: Clean the product thoroughly under running water.
Dry: Carefully dry the product with a paper towel or a clean kitchen cloth.
Oil: Apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the surface.
