The 8 litre 4BIG.fun Kazan made of cast iron combines traditional Uzbek cooking skills with robust craftsmanship. Manufactured in Uzbekistan using the sand casting process, this pan is characterised by its individual, manual production. The inside is carefully polished, while the outer surface has an extremely rough texture. With a diameter of 35 cm and a weight of approx. 7.5 kg, it is specially optimised for use over an open fire, in a fire barrel or on the barbecue, which is due to the particularly rough base.
