Product details

The cast iron pan with the integrated stainless steel rack offers endless possibilities for use. Roast larger cuts of meat or even a whole chicken. Remove the rack and prepare a casserole, stew, or a crumble cake. The pan has thick walls to minimize splatter and retain juices for sauce preparation. The side spout allows for drip-free pouring. Large handles provide extra stability when lifting a full pan.
