Choosing the right weight is crucial. For jogging or fitness boxing, the smallest weight unit can be quite advisable, while larger weights are a better choice for strength training. Please note: The lighter weights can be comfortably secured to the wrist or ankle. The heavier weights are relatively large, so they are mainly recommended as ankle cuffs, depending on the circumference of the arm or leg. Tip: Simply use two smaller weight cuffs on the wrist to increase the weight.
