Choosing the right weight is crucial. For jogging or fitness boxing, the smallest weight unit may be advisable, while larger weights are a better choice for strength training. Please note: The lighter weight units can be comfortably secured to the wrist or ankle. The heavier weight units are relatively large and are mainly recommended as ankle cuffs, depending on the size of your arms or legs. Tip: Simply use two smaller weight cuffs on your wrist to increase the weight.
